Bioluminescence workshop

This year we organize a workshop on the use of bioluminescence in application to in vitro, in vivo and ex-vivo imaging, with the support of France Life Imaging (https://www.francelifeimaging.fr/), research assistant in the field of medical and pre-clinical imaging. This workshop will focus on feedback concerning the choice of enzyme used for example, difficulties encountered, solved or not (integration of reporter, effect on growth/ activity of the model, substrate issues, difference between in vitro/ in vivo expression) or a less conventional use of bioluminescence.

To organize the discussion areas of this workshop, we would like to gather preliminary information from you, users, as well as your interest for this workshop. This workshop will take place over 1 day, during the second half of September (date to come later), on the site of the Institut Pasteur Paris. In the morning: presentations (30 min max), ending with a presentation seminar on the origins of bioluminescence; in the afternoon: flash presentations (5 min max) on a specific issue with community discussion for opinions/suggestions.
